This condo is located above commercial space in downtown Harwich Port. It initially had one bedroom, a very small closed-in kitchen with vinyl flooring and a large somewhat uninviting carpeted living room. We gutted the space, removing the walls between the kitchen and living room, and added hardwood floors throughout. The overall feeling is much more open with ceiling beams and white columns providing definition between the living room and kitchen. The kitchen now has a small center island and a space-saving booth for dining. The apartment went from feeling dated and dull to having an urban loft look.
