The owners of this home considered both a full remodel of the existing home on the site as well as a new custom-built home. After meeting with the designer at Patriot Builders and reviewing several options, they ultimately decided that a renovation would have been unlikely to meet their need for additional space and been cost prohibitive as well. With more room for entertaining and four spacious bedrooms, the new home is exactly what they wanted. Extra space was also added by including a spacious guest suite over the garage and a four-season sun room that opens directly off of the dining area.
