Dear Roy and Lindsay, Thank you very much for the letter that you sent me. I have been stranded in Montana for the last week because of the terrible circumstances of the nation and ready the letter last night made me feel a little bit better. I know we had a bit of a disagreement about the landscaping and it was definitely due to a lack of communication. You mentioned that I agreed with Steve Cassell on this and to be frank I don’t even know who he is and I’m sure that I didn’t speak to him. This was a misunderstanding and I really couldn’t afford to pay for a misunderstanding. As you know, I was penny pinching in every area possible. I’m sure that next time we’ll communicate better. I’m sorry if this issue caused you any headaches or problems but am grateful that you decided to give to a courtesy credit for the disputed charges. I have the utmost respect for you and Lindsay. I think you’re both great people and exceptional builders. I appreciate all that you’ve done for me. Feel free to post this letter, as it can only help to ease the minds of others that have a dream of building a home on Cape Cod. When I first set out to find the right builder for my home, I happened to find four that were within a 5 mile radius of my property. The first tow builders were a Big NO NO, the next one promised me the moon! Having good instincts about people, I just continued to seek the right one for my job. That’s when I met Roy Simmons and his crew. I described to Roy what kind of house I had in mind and then he offered me his opinion style and dollar value involved. Upon looking at some blueprints, we made some changes to my needs and agreed on building my house. During this time, he showed my partner and myself a home he was in the process of building and we got a visual sense of the quality work that Patriot Builders can provide. I can proudly say that I have a BEAUTIFUL HOUSE BUILT BY PATRIOT BUILDERS. Everyone involved, Roy, Lindsay, Shirley, and Mary were extremely helpful with this project, especially dealing with matters on my behalf while I was living out of state.
