At Patriot Builders we pride ourselves on our craftsmanship which is evident in every one of our custom homes. Every new home is our client’s dream and we build to ensure those dreams come true. We have built numerous style custom homes that range from Cape to Colonial to Contemporary.

Our entire design and building process accommodates all architectural styles and marries them with our customers’ daily living needs. We suggest the following steps:

• Look at photos and plans of homes that attract your attention. Keep a file of the homes that you like and rooms that you like.
• Think about where you and your family spend most of your time.
• Think about your routines in your home and what would make them easier. For example, do you currently have a small coat closet near your back entry? Do you want a larger mud room to store boots in the winter and towels in the summer?
